Booking policy
Everything you need to know before booking with us.
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days before your event.
As weather can affect outdoor events, we recommend having an indoor backup space where possible. If an outdoor event is cancelled or cut short due to weather, the deposit remains non-refundable, and the above cancellation tiers still apply based on when we're notified. We're always happy to discuss rescheduling where possible.
